Integrated Massage

About Integrated Massage

Integrated massage combines multiple therapeutic techniques to create a session fully customized to your body’s needs. This approach draws from Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and medical massage to address pain, tension, and recovery. It’s designed to meet you where you are, whether that’s in pain, under stress, or rebuilding strength.

Common Questions

What can I expect from a craniosacral session?

Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes and include a short intake discussion to focus on your goals and concerns. Techniques will be adapted in real time depending on how your body responds. Expect a balanced mix of deeper work where needed and gentler techniques to integrate your system as a whole.

What makes an integrated massage different?

Instead of using one technique across your whole body, this session combines different approaches based on your needs in each area.

Will this be a relaxing or therapeutic session?

Both. The goal is to help you feel better during and after the massage, while also addressing the sources of your pain or tension.

Is this covered by insurance or FSA/HSA?

This therapy is not currently insurance reimbursable, but may be eligible for FSA/HSA depending on your provider.

How often should I get these massages?

This depends on your goals and your body. Some clients come in monthly for wellness, while others schedule more frequently for recovery support.

Roy, always listens to my body and adjusts accordingly. For this visit...I fell asleep :). Apparently the best compliment you can give a message therapist. Thank you Roy!!!!”
